Recently, there has been a large Reduction in Force (RIF) across the federal government, resulting in over 300,000 individuals losing their jobs. Additionally, many people in the private sector have also been affected by layoffs.
Because of this, more individuals are starting new businesses or expanding into second and third ventures. However, many are not structuring their businesses correctly.
